He was predeceased by: his parents, Iven Meadows and Isabelle Trot Meadows; and his brother Gary Van Meadows. He is survived by: his son Ryan Meadows of Stella; and his sisters, Linda Sames of Stella and Pamela Smith of Jacksonville.
