She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Gibson of Stella, NC and Charles Gibson Jr. (Carrie) of Stella, NC; her sister Judy Peacock (Carl) of Chesapeake, VA; her sister-in-law Helen Jones (Bill) of Mill Creek, NC; her grandchildren, Bradley Gibson (Melody) of Jacksonville, NC, David Gibson of Mt. Pleasant, NC, Katlyn Gibson of Mt. Pleasant, NC, Georgia Ketchum (James) of Havelock, NC, Christian Gillikin of Stella, NC and Kali Souder of Stella, NC; her great grandchildren, JJ Gillikin, Kai Gibson, Parker Gibson and Luca Keen; and her close friend Doris Morris. She is also survived by 8 nieces; 3 nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Ketchum Family Home.
