With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marvin Earl Dew of Stella, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 1, 2025 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his sister Tammy Harraden of New Bern. He is survived by: his significant other Donna Shearer; his children, Timothy Dew of Maysville, Johnathan Dew of Maysville and Crystal Dew of Maysville; his stepchildren, John Travis Hill of Stella and Barbara Ellen Hill of Maysville; and his sisters, Shirley Weaver of Jacksonville and Bonnie Barrell of Georgia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the White Oak Community Church (6181 New Bern Hwy, Maysville, NC 28555).
