He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward Bullins and Rachael Nelson Bullins; his wife Margie Ann Mabe Bullins; his daughter Tonya Bullins; his brothers, Greer Bullins, Glendale Bullins and Bobby Gene Bullins; his nephew Jody Bullins; and his niece Donna Bullins.
He is survived by: his brother Billy Ray Bullins (Vickie); and his grandchild Kayleigh Wilmoth.
