In the vast expanse of eternity, Louisa shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Louisa farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Neal Dyson and Lear Mabe Dyson; her son Tony Paul Goins; and her brother Walter Lewis Dyson. She is survived by: her husband Reid Goins; her children, Robert Neil Goins and Tina Goins Joyce (Derrick); and her sister Charlene Smith (Junior). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
