He was predeceased by: his father Huey Heath. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca "Josephine" Heath; his children, Megan Weikert (Matt) and Spencer Heath; and his brothers, Mike Heath (Tammy) and Kenny Heath (Jenny). He is also survived by aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
