He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Sparks (Craig); his grandchildren, William Andy Sparks (Kayleigh), Michael Bryon Sparks and Terry Allen Duggins (Amy); his great grandchildren, Michael, Mason, Brittany, Bailey (Caroline), Cassidy, Leah, Willa and Asher; and his great great grandchildren, Charlotte and Bradley.
