Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel (3950 Macy Grove Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2730 Peters Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27127).
