Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forbis and Dick Funeral Service Stokesdale Chapel (8320 US-158, Stokesdale, NC 27357). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Hillside Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (1616 Scalesville Rd, Summerfield, NC 27358).
