He was predeceased by: his father George Mako. He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Mako of Wilmington; his brothers, Gerry Mako (Julie) and Tim Mako (Sandy); his siblings' children, Tyler, Tiffany, Kyle and Hunter; and his friend Stacy.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Salisbury National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a veterans' organization of your choice in Alan's honor.
