She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Biggs and Ellen Taylor Biggs; her husband Wendell J. Bibee; and her brothers, Jack Biggs, Jimmie Biggs and Fred Biggs.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Bullins (Kenneth) of Stoneville, David Bibee (MaryAnn) of Eden and Misty Tredway (Jamie) of Stoneville; and her pet Cheyenne. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fair Funeral Home Chapel (432 Boone Rd, Eden, NC 27288).
