He is survived by: his wife Joan Vaughan Tuttle; his sons, Mike Tuttle (Mona), Kevin Tuttle (Michelle) and Chris Tuttle (Ashley); his grandchildren, Brandy King (Phillip), Anna Lail (Jay), Austin Tuttle (Skylar), Haley Tuttle (Grayson) and Lauren Tuttle; and his sisters, Jettie Lou Fulton and Elizabeth Tuttle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew.
