He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fulcher and Mary Smith Fulcher. He is survived by: his sister Jeanette Farrell (Jimmie); his aunt Virginia Boyd; and his nieces, Linette Williams (Jeremy), Sabrina Wagner and Felicia Dunlap (Harold).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Glenn's Chapel Church Cemetery (752 Glenn Chapel Rd, Stoneville, NC 27048).
