She was predeceased by: her parents, Dary Kallam and Nellie King Kallam; her brothers, Jim Kallam (Barbara), Millard Kallam (Jamie), John Kallam (Kay), Dennis Kallam (Willa) and Buck Kallam; her brother-in-law Leonard Price; her nephew Tommy Kallam; her great-niece Heather Joy Edmonds; and her son-in-law Terry L. Evans.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Smith Evans; her sister Eunice Price; her nieces and nephews, Sherry Pyrtle (Mike), Sandra Edmonds (Harry), Leesa Baker (Mike), Bonya Tredway (Andy), Tania Martin (Jimmy), Wendy Roberts, Rickie Kallam, Dixie Brown (Mark), David Kallam (Donna), Alan Kallam (Debbie), Joe Kallam and Mark Kallam (Gwynne); her sister-in-law Nancy Craddock (Ron); and her caregiver Vera. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
