She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector Hamel and Allaine Chisolm Mcgee; and her brother Louis Hamel. She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Stewart; her daughters, Christina Stewart Holman (David) and Jenny Stewart Mullis (Andy); her siblings, Ronnie Hamel and Susan Bradshaw; and her grandchildren, Cloey, Lexi, Zahra and Kaitlyn.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given to South River Baptist Church.
