It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Woodside Gibson of Stony Point, North Carolina, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Butler and Amanda Woodside; her aunts, Viola Smith and Reba Morton; and her uncle Hoyn Woodside.

She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Holt (Andrew) of Mooresville and Rhonda Pearson (Don) of Union Grove; and her grandchildren, Haley Holt, Olivia Holt, Mays (Isaac) and Hunter (Rhett Pearson).
