He is survived by : his wife Loretta Martin Webster; his daughter Brigette Rhyne (Monte) of Stony Point; his sister Ima Spencer (Steve) of California; his grandchildren, Alex Rhyne (Savannah), Felicia Rhyne and Evan Rhyne; and his great grandchild Landrey Rhyne.
