She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Hobson Pharr and Willie Bruce Pharr; her husband Walter "Jack" Jackson Adams; her children, Jeffrey Dale Adams and Pamela Jean Adams; her great grandchild Melody Haithcox; and her siblings, Lorene Crowson, Kay Inscoe, Johnny Pharr, Nick Pharr, Mitchell Pharr and Blake Pharr.

She is survived by: her children, Sherry Meadows (Terry), Danny Adams (Teresa) and Donna Adams Smith; her sisters, Betty Hayes and Linda McColl; her grandchildren, Tia Andras (Michael), Tasha Price (Zach), Kellie Haithcox (Ethan), Julie Adams, Jackson Smith, Gunner Smith and Cooper Smith; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Andras, Tori Andras, Maci Andras, Maxton Price, Denver Price, Madison Haithcox, Mallory Haithcox and Molly Haithcox. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
