It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Terry Lynn Bowles of Stony Point, North Carolina, who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Bowles and Dot Bowles; and his parents-in-law, Robert Hoover and Judy Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lynn Hoover Bowles; his daughters, Jennifer Hull (Matt) of Stony Point and Lauren Kiziah (Dylan) of Hiddenite; his siblings, Michael Bowles (Kathy), Tim Bowles (Debbie) and Karen Walker (Elvin); and his grandchildren, Riley, Jackson, Rhett, Byron, Tucker, Stetson and Dawson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home (158 Stony Point School Rd, Stony Point, NC 28678). A memorial service was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Hiddenite Community Helpers (45 Fire Department Ct, Hiddenite, NC 28636).
