He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward Bailey and Lucille Virginia Williamson Bailey; and his daughter Maria Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Bailey; his siblings, Ronnie Bailey (Sandra) and Brenda Woodlief; and his siblings' children, Tracey Woodlief, Avery Woodlief, Adam Bailey and Ethan Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sossamon Funeral Home of Oxford Tuesday (106 Clement Ave, Oxford, NC 27565).
