He is survived by: his children, Eddie Moore (Kim), Amanda Crews (Scott) and Chris Moore (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Logan Moore, Nicolas Moore, Vera Crews, Keri Montgomery and Phillip Crews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forbis and Dick Stokesdale Chapel (8320 US-158, Stokesdale, NC 27357). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Glencoe United Methodist Church (601 Glencoe Church Loop, Summerfield, NC 27358).
