She is survived by: her significant other Johnny Moore; her daughter Sara; her mother Terri Nimmons; her siblings, Andre Washington (Tomakie) and Gennell Curry; and her nieces and nephews, Habekkuk Curry, Hannah Holden (Kyle), Demetrius D. Curry Jr. and David Curry. She is also survived by great-niece and two great-nephews; and her beloved cousins and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Service and Crematory (605 Country Club Dr, Greenville, NC 27834).
