She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sallinger and Frieda Sallinger; and her husband William Ondick. She is survived by: her daughter Jill (Robert (Flack); her grandsons, Brett Flaccavento and Zachary Flacccavento (Breanna); and her sister Bernice Wilkinson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be directed to: Lower Cape Fear LifeCare or Duke Children's Hospital.
