Johnson; his children, Pilar Johnson (Amanda McCullough) of Ewa Beach, Hawaii and Gregory Johnson (Michael Stirewalt) of Seattle, Washington; his granddaughter Katy McCullough of Ewa Beach, Hawaii.; his nieces, Jill Hagen, Ashley Soden, Janet Jones, Judy Busick, Susan Jones and Cindy Burnett; his nephew JB Johnson (Josh); his close friends, Bob and Joyce Hall; his friend BJ Mabry; Susan Yeargan. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephew.
