He is survived by: his wife Delores Elaine Bratton Hartsell; his children, James "Jamie" Hartsell (Anita), Michael "Mike" Hartsell (Kelly) and Trina Robinson (Wade); his grandchildren, Morgan Merriman (Ty), Olivia McVeigh (Phillip), Michael Griffin Jr., Alicia Bevins (Sam), Garret, Rylie Brodeur and Josh Ota; his great grandchildren, Astrid and Odin Bevins; and his brothers, Edward Hartsell, Freddie Hartsell (Linda), Melvin Bowers and Roger Bowers.
