John McElroy of Supply, North Carolina passed away on September 15, 2026. John, born on November 24, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, shared life alongside family, friends, and others. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John McElroy and Betty McElroy; and his brothers, Jim and Tim McElroy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy McElroy (Anderson); his children, Meaghan McElroy Thomas (Greg) and Tyler John "TJ" McElroy (Becky); his grandchildren, Thomas, Amelia and Ben; and his sister Kathleen Schultz. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (12 N 6th St, Wilmington, NC 28401).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare or St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
