She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Hughes and Gertie Mae Smith Hughes; her spouse Bradia Warren Phelps, Jr.; her pet Sissy; her children, Warren Adam Phelps, Trent Eugene Phelps (Tracy) and Cynthia Phelps Long; her sister Loretta Hughes Hewett (Danny); her grandchildren, Leah Long and Josh Long; her great grandchild Destinee Stevenson; her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Hughes and Brenda Hughes; and her sibling's children, Dale Hewett and Becca Hewett.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Silent Grove Cemetery (1763 Holden Beach Rd SW, Supply, NC 28462).
