She is survived by: her daughters, Juanita Cayer of Waynesville, NC and Tamy Clemmons of Supply, NC.; her sisters, Maxie Blizard of Asheboro, NC and Wanda Register (James) of Whiteville, NC.; her granddaughters, Amanda Haynes (David), Mollie Rutledge (Bill) of West Virginia and Shanna Bellows (Justin) of Clyde, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Trey Haney, Tiana Sams, James Bellows, Jayce Gulley of Brooks Rutledge, T. J, Devin Haynes and Daegen Haynes.
