She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Leland S. Sedberry, Sr. and Ruth Banks Sedberry; her husband Jerry Wayne Ratcliff; and her siblings, Jane Sedberry Jones and Leland S. Sedberry, Jr. (Carolyn Sedberry).
She is survived by: her children, Michael Ratcliff of St. Petersburg, FL, Lee Ann Ratcliff of Nashville, TN and Marilyn Ratcliff Place (Tim) of Swannanoa, NC; and her grandchildren, Melissa Ratcliff Champaign (Jason), Melanie Ratcliff Blank (Nick), Gloria Ratcliff Thompson and Nick Place (Cecilia). She is also survived by six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Asheville.
