She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Dillard and Lou Ella Dillard; her brother James Edward Dillard; and her brother-in-law Marvin Cabe. She is survived by: her husband David C. Franks; her children, David J. Franks (Alissa) and Sonya G. Boone; her siblings, Linda Cabe and Gary Dillard (Martha); and her grandchildren, Trevor Franks, Chase Franks (Alaina), Avery Boone and Maddie Boone. She is also survived by her family and the many friends.
