He is survived by : his children, Liberty Marie Hyatt (Dwayne Goforth) of Black Mountain, Joshua Lee Collins of Hendersonville and Wendy Sue Collins (Tony Burnette) of Swannanoa; his siblings, John "Johnny" Collins (Cindy) of Asheville and Cathy Lewis (Bobby) of Swannanoa; and his grandchildren, Dalton Blaine Hyatt, Logan Maddox Burnette and Payton Storm Goforth. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, and nephews.
