She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ervin Silvers and Cordelia Silvers of Yancey County. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Hensley (Jeneal), Blane Hensley (Kristie), Tony Hensley (Jean) and Renita Pearson (Mark). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully asks that donations be made to Four Seasons Hospice in Jo Ann's honor.
