It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Davis of Swannanoa, North Carolina, born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles W. Forgey and Ellen Russell Forgey; and her husband Maurice Davis. She is survived by : her daughters, Maureen Haywood (Allen) of Greensboro, NC and Mary Dale (Joel) of Pageland, SC; her brother James "Jim" Forgey (Annette) of Elizabethton, TN; and her grandchildren, David (Shelby), Jacob and Kirsten Dale. She is also survived by two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
