She was predeceased by: her father Hershel Leroy Wright; her stepson Christopher McMahan; and her nephews, Brandon Wright and David Wright. She is survived by: her mother Mary Ellen Wright of Swannanoa; her sons, Bradley Shane McMahan of Swannanoa, Larry James McMahan Jr. (Vanessa) of Swannanoa, Joey Lee McMahan (Katherine) of Swannanoa and Jamie McMahan (Cissy) of Black Mountain; and her siblings, Cindy Wright of Swannanoa, Fran Swanger (Jimmy) of Swannanoa, Randy Wright (Dorothy) of Lake Greenwood, SC, Kenny Wright (Denise) of Fairview and Barry Wright of Black Mountain. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harwood Home For Funerals (208 W State St, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
