He is survived by: his brother Brian Klepacki; his cousins, Christine Brewer of Swansboro, Thomas Klepacki, Barbara Joyce of Charlotte, Lorriane Ghia, Father Michael Klepacki of Asheboro and Nancy Klepacki of Asheboro; his nieces, Candice Herschberger, Lisa Brianne Klepacki and Lauren Plotz; and his nephew Will Klepacki.
