It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Riggs Jones of Swansboro, North Carolina, who passed away on June 23, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Asher Riggs and Edna Gentry; her daughters, Andrea L. Jones and Sherry D. Jones; and her siblings, Jimmy, Junior Riggs, Lisa, Helen and Margaret Riggs.
She is survived by: her daughter Sonya Perry (Mark) of Hubert; her granddaughters, Samantha Perry (Alex), Kaylin Jones Rowe (Jon) and Amanda Perry-Brenner (Justin); her great grandchildren, Kinslee Perry and Jackson Perry-Brenner; and her brother Billy Riggs (Pam) of St. Augustine, FL..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 394 Bear Creek Rd, Hubert, NC 28539.
