We are sad to announce that, on December 28, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Edith Elizabeth Yates of Swansboro, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thornton and Ruth Neideffer Staley; her husband Cornelius Yates; and her son Cornelius Lee Yates. She is survived by: her daughter Frances Stone of Virginia Beach, VA; and her siblings, Joyce Hartsell and Dale Edgar Staley of Greenwood, SC.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
