He is survived by: his wife Tina Duncan of Hubert; his children, Thomas Wayne of Hubert, Sheila Renee of Hubert, Freddy Wayne, Jr. of Hubert, Mary Ann, Karen Sue of Hubert and Rebecca Lynn; and his siblings, Carolyn Petersen of Stella and Randy Duncan of Stella. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Liberty Home Care and Hospice of Jacksonville.
