He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Lee Jenkins and Nannie Mae Harris Jenkins; his son Greg Jenkins; and his siblings, Harris Jenkins (Jean) and Dorothy Nobles (Marvin).
He is survived by: his son Jeff Jenkins (Robin) of Roswell, GA; his grandchildren, Eve Jenkins of Roswell, GA, Stephen Jenkins (Nicole) of Kinston, NC, Michael Jenkins (Caroline) and Christopher Jenkins (Kristen); his sister Naomi Wells (Dewey) of Stella, NC; and his close friend Helen Cropper of Jacksonville, NC.. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Midway Methodist Church Building Fund.
