We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2025, at the age of 66, James Albert Ryan of Swansboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ryan and Dorothy Burnor Ryan; and his brothers, David, Donald, Timmy and Tommy Ryan.

He is survived by: his children, Matthew Ryan of Swansboro, Trey Ryan and Malissa Ryan; his grandchildren, Serinity and Sophia; the mother of his children Susan Ramey; and his siblings, Shirley Young, Jennifer Fungarilo, Richard Ryan, Robert Ryan and Jeff Ryan.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
