He was predeceased by: his parents, Crain Riggs and Elizabeth Riggs; and his brother John Frederick Riggs (Freddie). He is survived by: his wife Louise Riggs; his siblings, Bruce Riggs (Elizabeth) of Newport, Walter Riggs of Swansboro and Joan Bordeaux (Tommy) of Elizabethtown; his nephews, Michael Riggs (Leah), Richard Riggs (Stacy), Daniel Bordeaux (Jessica) and Kevin Bordeaux; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin Riggs, Joseph Bordeaux, Madison Riggs and Annabelle Bordeaux.
