It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Williams Holder of Swansboro, North Carolina, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Williams and Rita Peloquin Williams; and her husband Avery Collins Holder (Rusty) of Cary, NC. She is survived by: her daughters, Amie Reinert (Kevin) of Fuquay Varina and Jill Klatt (Andrew) of Newport; her grandchildren, Jackson Reinert, Taylor Klatt, Avery Reinert and Brody Klatt; and her siblings, Sheila Sammons of Raleigh and Barry Williams of Palm Coast, FL..
