He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stiner and Jean LaRock; and his brothers, Donny and Larry Stiner. He is survived by: his children, Kristina Sepulveda (Carlos) of Hubert and Richard Hurschman of Elkton, MD; his grandsons, Dominic and Robert; and his sisters, Linda Riley, Bonnie Slone and Terry Comer.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Moose Lodge (71 Cherry Hill Rd, Elkton, MD 21921).
