He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamish McIntosh and Hazel Blanchard McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Parks McIntosh; his son Scott McIntosh of Hubert; and his stepchildren, Cheri Nill of Davidson, MI, Teresa Vaughn of Rio Rancho, NM, Lori Normington of Mason, MI and Steven Dick of Portage, MI. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
