He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Mobley and Lucy Aman Mobley. He is survived by: his sons, Rick Mobley (Nicole) of Oak Creek, WI and Jonathan Mobley of Swansboro; his grandchildren, Ivy, Nolan and Brady; and his brother Wesley Mobley of Swansboro.
