He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Bell and Thelma Brown Bell; and his siblings, Betty LaCroix, Frances Lilly, Martha Frame and J. B. Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Bell Norton and L. Douglas Bell of Hubert; and his siblings, Josephine Miranda of Mill Creek and Guy Bell of Broad Creek. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
