She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Phelps; her son Daniel Phelps of Tallahassee, FL; her granddaughters, Margaret and Abigail; her daughter Ann Phelps Redding of Fayetteville, NC; her granddaughters, Tabitha Redding (Zev) of Fayetteville, NC and Crystal Redding (Chris) of Garner, NC.; her son Richard Phelps (Janet) of Hubert, NC.; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Donald, Sean, Asher, Quinten, James and Sarah; and her great great grandchildren, Elena and Isabella.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a military charity such as Disabled American Veterans.
