He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Whaley Beaujean of Swansboro, Josephine Mitchell (Joseph) of Raleigh, Jeanny Johnston (David) of Four Oaks, Gary Whaley (Rhonda) of Fayetteville, Benny Whaley of Swansboro and Roger Whaley of Swansboro. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and by many friends.
