Nancy Barnes Holloway Obituary

We announce the death of Nancy Barnes Holloway of Swansboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 73. Nancy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Nancy will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Nancy’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Barnes and Alice Spivey Barnes; and her son Christopher White, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Holloway; her children, Jennifer Matthews (David) of Swansboro and Russell White; her grandsons, Spencer, Christopher and Eli Matthews; and her friend Chris White.
