She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Midgett; her parents, Clarence Parkerton (Parky) and Dorothy Parkerton; her sister Carol Larson; and her stepgrandson Nicholas Gradus.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Midgett and Dee Dee Midgett; her grandchildren, Kristi Gradus and Drew Gradus; her pet Willy; her sibling's children, Deborah Midgett, Pam Midgett Laws (Jeff), Lisa Larson, Katy Laws, Keith Midgett (Liz), Peter Midgett (Donna) and Brandon Midgett; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlotte and Fletcher; her nephew Josh Laws; her great-nephew Waylon; and her great-niece Gemma.
